These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Premier Paws Concierge website and your request, booking, purchase, or receipt of pet-care and related home-concierge services. Please read them carefully before submitting a booking request.

1. Agreement to these Terms

“Premier Paws,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Premier Paws Concierge. “Client,” “you,” and “your” mean the person requesting or purchasing services and, where applicable, the property owner or authorized pet guardian. By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry, approving a quote, paying a deposit, signing a care agreement, providing home access, or accepting services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you book for another person, pet, or property, you represent that you have authority to do so and to provide all necessary instructions and permissions.

2. Services

Services may include overnight in-home pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, agreed medication support, litter or pet-area upkeep, companionship, house-sitting presence, mail checks, plant care, and other services confirmed in writing. Services are customized and may vary based on availability, location, pet needs, household conditions, weather, safety, and the written booking confirmation.

Premier Paws is not a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, emergency-response service, security company, property manager, or licensed medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee health or behavioral outcomes. Specialized medical, behavioral, grooming, training, transportation, or home-maintenance services are included only when expressly agreed in writing.

3. Inquiries, meet-and-greets, and booking confirmation

  • A website form, email, call, text, quote, or discussion is an inquiry only and does not reserve dates.
  • A booking is confirmed only after Premier Paws accepts it in writing, required client and pet information is complete, any requested meet-and-greet is completed, applicable agreements or authorizations are accepted, safe access is arranged, and the required deposit or payment clears.
  • Availability is not guaranteed and may change before confirmation. We may decline or cancel a request when we reasonably believe the service cannot be performed safely, lawfully, or as represented.
  • The booking confirmation identifies the services, dates, visit windows, rates, deposit, estimated total, and any special conditions. Visit times may be expressed as reasonable windows rather than exact appointment times unless expressly agreed.
  • Changes are effective only when accepted by Premier Paws in writing. Additional pets, services, visits, travel, time, supplies, medication needs, or material changes in condition may require a revised quote.

4. Client responsibilities and accurate information

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information before service begins and to update us promptly if anything changes. This includes:

  • all pets present in the home and each pet’s routine, temperament, triggers, handling needs, feeding, allergies, medication, mobility, health conditions, escape tendencies, and prior aggression or bite incidents;
  • current veterinarian and emergency-contact information, preferred clinic, emergency spending instructions, and reliable methods to reach you;
  • all people or service providers expected at the property, including family, cleaners, contractors, landscapers, maintenance personnel, and other pet sitters;
  • safe, working access; alarm and lock instructions; parking or gate requirements; utilities; climate control; and the location of essential pet supplies;
  • known hazards, construction, pests, unsafe fencing, pool access, toxic substances or plants, weapons, surveillance equipment, or other conditions that could affect safety;
  • travel delays, early returns, contagious illness, changes in a pet’s health, and any circumstance that may alter care.

You are responsible for obtaining landlord, homeowner-association, household-member, veterinarian, or other permissions needed for us to enter the property and perform services.

5. Pet health, behavior, and safety

Pets must be legally owned or under your authorized care and must comply with applicable licensing and vaccination requirements, subject to documented veterinary exemptions. You agree to maintain reasonably appropriate parasite prevention and to disclose contagious conditions. Premier Paws may use leashes, harnesses, crates, gates, muzzles, separation, or other client-approved or reasonably necessary safety measures consistent with humane care.

We may suspend or modify services if a pet displays undisclosed aggression, the home or route is unsafe, a contagious condition presents a risk, required equipment fails, or care cannot be provided without unreasonable risk. If possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. You remain responsible for completed services, emergency measures, and reasonable costs caused by inaccurate or omitted information.

6. Home access, keys, alarms, and household safety

You must provide a reliable primary access method and, when requested, a backup. Keys, codes, and access devices will be handled with reasonable care and used only for authorized services, emergencies, testing, return, or agreed retention for future bookings. You are responsible for fees, delays, or missed care caused by incorrect codes, unavailable keys, lockouts, malfunctioning devices, denied gate access, or undisclosed alarm requirements.

You agree to provide working utilities, a safe indoor temperature, potable water, adequate pet food and supplies, secure fencing where applicable, and reasonably safe walking and working conditions. Weapons must be lawfully stored and secured. Illegal substances, threatening conduct, harassment, discrimination, dangerous persons, or undisclosed hazards may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

Premier Paws is not responsible for the acts or omissions of other people who enter the property during the service period. Shared access may limit our ability to verify pet status, food use, door security, or property conditions.

7. Cameras and recording devices

You must disclose all indoor and outdoor cameras, doorbell cameras, microphones, tracking devices, and other recording equipment that may capture our personnel while providing services. Recording devices are prohibited in bathrooms and in any private sleeping or changing area made available for an overnight stay. Undisclosed or inappropriately placed recording devices may result in immediate termination of service. Lawful disclosed exterior and common-area security devices are permitted, but footage may not be used unlawfully, deceptively, or for harassment.

8. Emergencies and veterinary authorization

If a pet appears ill, injured, missing, distressed, or at material risk, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you and your designated emergency contact. If neither can be reached promptly, you authorize Premier Paws to take reasonable action based on the circumstances and your written instructions, including contacting your veterinarian, an emergency clinic, animal control, law enforcement, a property professional, or another appropriate responder.

You authorize transportation for emergency evaluation when reasonably necessary and agree that the treating veterinarian—not Premier Paws—controls diagnosis and treatment. Unless prohibited by law or caused by our legally established misconduct, you are responsible for veterinary charges, transportation, supplies, after-hours fees, emergency boarding, locksmith service, property mitigation, and other reasonable emergency costs. We may request direct payment to the provider or reimbursement. We do not guarantee that a veterinarian will extend credit or accept your preferred payment method.

When immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect life or prevent serious harm, you authorize us to act before obtaining approval, consistent with available instructions. You may set an emergency spending preference, but a provider may require additional treatment or payment. If you do not authorize veterinary intervention, that limitation must be documented and may prevent us from accepting the booking.

9. Medication and special care

Medication assistance is limited to the method, dose, schedule, and product you identify and we agree to perform. Medication must be in an original or clearly labeled container with complete instructions. You are responsible for accurate dosing information, adequate supply, lawful prescription, and disclosure of side effects or handling risks.

We do not administer injections, fluids, controlled substances, or complex medical care unless expressly accepted in writing. A pet may refuse medication, hide, vomit, or otherwise prevent successful administration. We will make reasonable attempts consistent with safety and notify you of material issues, but we cannot guarantee ingestion or therapeutic outcome.

10. Walks, outdoor activity, and transportation

You must provide properly fitted, serviceable collars, harnesses, leashes, identification, carriers, and other equipment appropriate for the pet. You acknowledge ordinary risks of outdoor activity, including other animals, vehicles, wildlife, insects, weather, terrain, escape, injury, and exposure to environmental hazards. We may shorten, relocate, substitute indoor enrichment for, or cancel an outdoor activity when heat, cold, storms, flooding, poor air quality, loose animals, equipment failure, or another condition creates a reasonable safety concern.

Nonemergency pet transportation is provided only if expressly included. You authorize reasonable restraint or carrier use during approved transportation.

11. Food, supplies, and household tasks

You must provide sufficient food, litter, medication, cleaning supplies, waste bags, and other care items for the full booking plus a reasonable delay buffer. If supplies run out, you authorize us to purchase reasonably necessary replacements when feasible, and you agree to reimburse the cost and any disclosed errand fee.

Plant care, mail retrieval, trash placement, package handling, lighting changes, and similar home-concierge tasks are incidental services performed according to reasonable written instructions. We are not responsible for preexisting plant, appliance, utility, pest, structural, delivery, weather, or maintenance conditions, or for losses beyond the scope of the agreed task.

12. Communications and pupdates

You authorize us to contact you and your designated contacts by email, phone, or text regarding inquiries, bookings, access, payments, pet care, safety, and emergencies. Pupdates are a courtesy intended to keep you informed; frequency and timing may vary with care demands, connectivity, emergencies, and the written booking.

You are responsible for monitoring the communication method provided and keeping contact details current. Automated delivery, cellular service, email filters, travel connectivity, or third-party outages may delay messages. A delayed update does not necessarily indicate missed care.

13. Photos, reviews, and publicity

Photos and videos may be created to document care and provide pupdates. Public marketing use, including social media or website use, will be governed by any separate photo permission or written consent. We will not intentionally publish your address, travel dates, alarm or access information, or identifiable private-home details. You represent that any review, image, or content you provide is truthful, lawful, and yours to share.

14. Pricing, deposits, payment, and taxes

Current advertised prices may be starting rates. Final pricing may depend on dates, holidays, location, travel, number and type of pets, visit length, care complexity, medication, additional household tasks, and other booking details. The accepted written quote or booking confirmation controls for that booking.

  • Deposits, due dates, accepted payment methods, and remaining balances will be stated in the booking confirmation or invoice.
  • A deposit does not reserve dates until received and the booking is accepted. The booking confirmation will state whether and when the deposit is refundable or transferable.
  • You authorize agreed charges and are responsible for applicable taxes, processing or returned-payment fees disclosed before charge, approved add-ons, extended care, supply purchases, and emergency costs.
  • Past-due balances may pause future service. To the extent permitted by law and disclosed in the applicable invoice or agreement, you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, may be limited to qualifying services, and may be changed or discontinued prospectively.

15. Cancellations, schedule changes, and early returns

The cancellation, credit, and refund terms shown in your booking confirmation apply to that booking and may vary for holidays, extended stays, travel, or high-demand dates. Because time is reserved and other work may be declined, late cancellations, shortened trips, early returns, or unused visits may remain partially or fully chargeable as disclosed at booking.

Notify us promptly of changes. We are not obligated to extend or shift care until the change is accepted. If your return is delayed, we will use reasonable efforts to continue care, subject to availability, and additional rates and expenses will apply. If you return early, notify us before entering so care can be coordinated safely.

16. Refusal, suspension, and termination of service

We may refuse, suspend, modify, or terminate services when reasonably necessary due to nonpayment, inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, undisclosed aggression or illness, harassment, illegal activity, access failure, severe weather, emergency, conflict with animal welfare, or a material breach of these Terms. When feasible, we will notify you and cooperate on a safe transition. Immediate action may be taken when a person, pet, or property faces risk.

You remain responsible for services performed and reasonable costs incurred through termination. Any refund or credit is subject to the booking terms, circumstances, and applicable law.

17. Assumption of ordinary risks

Pet care and home access involve inherent and sometimes unpredictable risks, including animal behavior, illness, injury, escape, property damage, weather, utility failures, neighborhood conditions, and acts of third parties. You accept the ordinary risks reasonably associated with the services you request, except to the extent a loss is caused by liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Insurance maintained by Premier Paws, if any, is subject to its policy terms, exclusions, limits, and insurer decisions and does not create a guarantee of coverage for any particular event.

18. Service and website disclaimers

We promise to use reasonable care consistent with the agreed services. Except for that promise and any rights that cannot be waived under law, the website, information, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact visit times within a service window, specific behavioral or health outcomes, availability for future dates, prevention of every accident, or compatibility with every pet or household.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Paws will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, emotional distress, or loss of data arising from the website or services. For a claim arising from a specific booking, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Premier Paws for that booking or any amount required by applicable law.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or certain personal injuries. Nothing in these Terms waives nonwaivable consumer rights.

20. Client responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Premier Paws and its owner, personnel, and service providers harmless from third-party claims, damages, fines, or reasonable expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, your lack of authority to book, inaccurate or withheld pet or property information, your pet’s conduct, unsafe or unlawful conditions you control, or content you provide. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Premier Paws’ legally established negligence or misconduct.

21. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including hurricanes, tropical weather, flooding, wildfire, extreme heat or cold, evacuation orders, road or ferry closure, utility or communications failure, epidemic, government action, civil emergency, vehicle breakdown despite reasonable maintenance, or other force majeure. We may prioritize life safety, follow official guidance, modify visit timing or method, coordinate alternate care, or evacuate a pet only as authorized or reasonably necessary. Charges and refunds will be handled under the booking confirmation and applicable law.

22. Website use and intellectual property

The Premier Paws name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Premier Paws and protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, impersonate, interfere with, reverse engineer, introduce malicious code to, or use the website or content for unlawful, deceptive, or competitive purposes without written permission.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party terms, content, availability, security, or practices.

23. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By providing pet, household, emergency-contact, or veterinarian information, you represent that you are authorized to provide it for the requested care.

24. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to send a written description of the dispute and requested resolution and to make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally for at least 30 days, unless urgent injunctive relief or a limitations deadline requires earlier action.

If informal resolution fails, any court proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving the Texas county in which Premier Paws maintains its principal place of business, unless applicable consumer law requires a different venue. Each party retains any rights to bring an eligible matter in small-claims court. Nothing here prevents either party from reporting a safety, animal-welfare, privacy, or consumer-protection concern to an appropriate authority.

25. General terms

  • Order of documents: A signed care agreement or accepted booking confirmation may add booking-specific terms. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific written term controls for that booking, except that the Privacy Policy controls personal-information practices.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable written booking documents form the agreement regarding the website and services and replace prior discussions on the same subject.
  • Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue.
  • No waiver: A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the stated circumstance.
  • Assignment: You may not transfer a booking or these Terms without written consent. We may assign them in connection with a business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.
  • Electronic communications: You consent to receive agreements, confirmations, invoices, and notices electronically. You may request a printable copy.
  • Headings: Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as services, operations, or law change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may receive additional notice. The Terms in effect when a booking is confirmed generally govern that booking unless both parties agree otherwise or a legal change requires application.
